Appraisals: Usually about $250.00 ( We pay for them at CMD)
CMHC Fees: Usually around $165.00 ( We will also pay in most cases)
Legal Fees: They usually range from $400.00 to $700.00
House Inspections: Start at $250.00 up to $450.00
